1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Sky Projects ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://skygroup.live and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, purchasing a package, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Member/Business Partner Registration

To become a Business Partner, you must register on our Platform using a valid referral/sponsor ID. You must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid mobile number verified via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Referral and Sponsorship Structure

Our Platform operates on a direct sponsorship and referral structure. Every member must have a sponsor. The Company Root (SP000000) acts as the primary default sponsor where applicable. Once registered, your sponsor cannot be changed.

5. Account Activation and KYC

Accounts are initially created in an "INACTIVE" status. To participate fully and receive commissions, you must activate your account by purchasing an eligible package. Furthermore, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting required documentation (e.g., PAN, Bank details) for verification before any withdrawals can be processed.

6. Package Progression Rules

We offer various product and service packages. Members must purchase these packages in the exact sequential order defined below. Higher tier packages cannot be purchased until all preceding lower-tier packages have been purchased and activated.

• Tier 1: ₹1,000 Product Package
• Tier 2: ₹3,000 Tour Package
• Tier 3: ₹10,000 Solar Booking
• Tier 4: ₹51,000 Plot Booking

A specific package can only be purchased once per account.

7. Products and Services

Sky Projects acts as an aggregator and facilitator for various business verticals, including E-Commerce, Real Estate (Plot Bookings), Tourism (Tour Packages), Solar Energy, EV, and Insurance. The specific terms, fulfillment, and delivery of these underlying products/services are subject to the respective vertical's operational capabilities.

8. Wallet System and Payments

The Platform utilizes an internal Wallet system to manage your funds, credits, and earnings. Wallet credits can be used for platform purchases. All payments made to the company must be done through approved payment modes. All prices mentioned are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

9. Commissions, Income, and Rewards

Commissions are generated solely based on the successful sale of product/service packages within your referral network, as per our unilevel commission structure and leadership incentives. Important: Sky Projects does not guarantee any fixed income, returns, profits, or business success. Commissions are strictly tied to actual sales volume generated by you and your network.

10. Withdrawals and Deductions

Members may request withdrawals from their wallet balance, subject to minimum withdrawal limits and successful KYC verification. All commission payouts and withdrawals are subject to standard deductions, including a 5% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and a 5% Administrative Charge.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Platform, create multiple fake accounts, manipulate the referral system, or engage in any fraudulent activities. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Projects disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Adilabad, Telangana.
